I moved back to Forfar, Angus on 1st May 2024, after recovering from a breakdown and spending 6 months in Ayrshire. Forfar, is the closest I have to a hometown, and still the place I've lived the longest despite having been away for 20 years!

I have always enjoyed business, and also helping people. I think that my perfect "job" would be philanthropist, and that is the enormous goal I'm working towards. 

I've been very fortunate to have played hundreds of gigs in Angus since returning, which put a roof over my head for over a year, and allowed me to slowly build up a car company. To book me as a DJ, please visit my  dj seven page. 

Forfar Autos launched in June 2024, but it was a year later, in June 2025, when the gig scene had quietened down, that I was able to give it enough attention.  This has quickly become a full time + occupation, and on 1st December 2025 I was grateful to be able to take over Milne & Wilson Bodyshop, on Service  Road.  I am an experienced  AV Engineer, having previously run a full-time AV Company which installed systems literally from the top to the bottom of Scotland. Find out more on this page, AV Engineering.

Additionally, I'm a fully qualified personal trainer but only have time to look after a very small number of clients due to my other commitments. Personal Training.

After training as a minister with the Church of Scotland, which in good conscience I could not recommend, I am currently practicing as an independent Minister of Word & Sacrament. Due to my other commitments, this is currently on a limited voluntary basis. Ministry.

I wouldn't be happy if I wasn't spending some of my time trying to help other people. The outlet for that is via series on my YouTube channel. I'm currently producing regular episodes of a series called, "Depression Help." In addition to this, I'm also producing regular episodes of a series called, "The Rookie Entrepreneur." This series charts my progress from "rock bottom," to becoming a full-time philanthropist. 

Life would not be complete without some car involvement! The initial reason for starting Forfar Autos, was to afford me space to film my next car YouTube series. This will involve me restoring cars to their former glory, and trying to hit a pretty audacious goal! Full details will follow when I'm ready to get started! In the meantime I'm filming some short series on classic cars.

In August 2024 I set up a "Kindness Fund," to support worthwhile causes, and those who find themselves in the unfortunate situation I did after losing almost everything, including my health. I'm not yet earning lots of money, but I believe in starting as you mean to go on.
